How it works
Franchisees shouldn't have to guess which AI tools are allowed. Agentic Franchise gives every system a governed, shared skill library that gets better with every location that uses it.
Every skill is plain, readable instructions and scripts. No black boxes. Inspect it, fork it, run it on your own stack.
Franchisors review each skill for brand voice, compliance and data handling, then approve it for their system with one click.
The operators closest to the customer propose updates. Brands review the diff, approve, and every location gets the improvement.
Submit a new skill. If it becomes a top-rated, most-used skill across the network, you earn commission on it.
A franchisee or developer publishes a skill, open source.
Automated checks plus brand review for voice, compliance and data use.
The franchisor approves it for their system and sets who can use it.
Locations install it into whichever agent harness they already run.
Usage and ratings flow back. Top skills pay their creators.

Any harness
Skills follow the open SKILL.md format: a folder of instructions, scripts and resources that any capable agent can load. No proprietary runtime, no lock-in, no re-platforming when the next tool comes along.

Private brand library
Your operating playbook is your IP. Publish brand-only skills to a private library that only your locations can see and install, right next to the approved skills from the open library.
Brand-only skills never appear in the public marketplace. Only verified locations in your system can find or install them.
Ship to every location, a region, a pilot group, or specific roles like owners, office managers or field crews.
Pin versions, stage rollouts, and roll back in one click. Every location runs the version you approved.
Operators can propose changes to private skills. You review the diff, and nothing ships without brand sign-off.
Revoke a location's access instantly when a franchise transfers or exits. Your playbook stays with the brand.
See which locations installed what, how often skills run, and which ones are moving bookings and reviews.

FAQ
A skill is a packaged set of instructions, scripts and reference files that teaches an AI agent how to do a specific job your way, like replying to reviews in brand voice or building an estimate with your pricing rules.
Before a skill can be used within a franchise system, the franchisor reviews it for brand voice, compliance and data handling, then approves a specific version. Locations only see and install approved versions.
Any harness that can load skills or instructions: coding and desktop agents, workflow tools like n8n, MCP-compatible clients, or your own custom agent. Skills use an open format, so you're never locked in.
The skill itself is open. Brands pay for the governance layer: vetting, approval, private distribution, analytics and updates. A share of that goes to the creators of the top-rated, most-used skills across the network.
Yes. Franchisors can publish brand-only skills that are distributed only to their own locations, alongside approved skills from the open library.
Anyone can propose an update. Franchisees typically do, since they're closest to the work. Updates go through the same vetting and brand approval before reaching locations.
